PHASE I GOAL - MET

$73,000.00 Bathhouse renovations – ADA access, girls/ boys ADA shower & toilet, emergency lighting update.

$496,000.00 Bid #1:

  1.  Zero Entry
  2.  ADA Ramp with Handrails
  3. Peninsula between pools with railing, in water seating dividing bench and wall spray features
  4. Pre-plumbing for slide and three raindrop omnipod compatible features
  5. Re-circulation plumbing and filtration system replacement

$42,500.00 Bid #10: Replace tile with depth markers and coping around the pool to match zero entry addition.

$37,500.00 Bid #11: Remove weakened or hollow areas of plaster in main pool body and repair. Repaint pool in main pool body. Epoxy inject cracks.

$62,000.00 Bid #12: Remove & replace all sidewalks/ decking and add a french drain system around pools.

$62,000.00 DCNR – Awarded Jan. 2019 DCNR APPROVES REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO REPLACE SIDEWALKS AROUND POOLS.

$300,000.00 DCNR GRANT – Awarded Dec. 2016 We Matched the $300K Grant!
